Sales Training Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automobile Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and developing sales skills in automotive sales professionals. The Automobile Sales Trainer will work closely with our sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Location: Kota, Rajasthan Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training programs for sales professionals in the automotive industry - Assess training needs and design customized training solutions to address gaps in sales skills - Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding training for sales staff - Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to improve individual and team performance - Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement - Stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices in automotive sales - Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and goals for the sales team - Keep accurate records of training sessions and participation for reporting purposes Qualifications: - B.Tech or B.E from (Mechanical) having 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in training or coaching role - Proven track record of success in sales and achieving sales targets - Strong knowledge of automotive products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems - Able to commute to various outlets for imparting training.
