Sales Trainer

Role Overview:

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs to equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to meet and exceed targets. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure training content aligns with company goals and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires, ensuring swift ramp-up and readiness.
• Develop and deliver engaging sales training sessions (virtual/in-person) including scripts, objection handling, pitch mastery, and demo excellence.
• Identify skill gaps through performance analysis, feedback, and sales data, and create targeted training interventions.
• Regularly evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to update training content based on market trends, product changes, and campaign strategies.
• Coach underperformers through refresher training, shadowing, and one-on-one support.
• Build a culture of continuous learning through bite-sized learning content, roleplays, and competitions.
• Maintain training records and provide regular reports to leadership on progress and outcomes.
