Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer at our company located in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions focused on developing sales skills in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and Financial Products sector. Your role will involve designing engaging training materials, assessing the training needs of sales employees, and providing personalized coaching to enhance their sales techniques. It is essential for you to be proficient in both English and Kannada to effectively deliver the training programs. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering training sessions, designing training materials and modules, customizing training programs based on individual needs, providing one-on-one coaching to participants, collaborating with stakeholders and trainers, updating training content to meet industry standards, and conducting evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the training programs. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, along with five to 10 years of experience in sales training within the NBFC and Financial products domain. You must have a proven track record of successfully delivering training programs, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to engage and motivate participants, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Preferred skills for this role include certification in sales training or related areas, experience in virtual training delivery, and familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.
