**Job Description: Sales Trainer**

**Company:** Aimlay Pvt Ltd

**Location:** Rohini, Sector 10

**Budget:** Up to 60,000 INR

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Training Program Development:**

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for new and existing employees.

- Create training materials, presentations, and resources to enhance the learning experience.

2. **Onboarding and Orientation:**

- Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and processes.

- Provide orientation on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

3. **Sales Techniques and Strategies:**

- Train sales representatives on effective selling techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into the training curriculum.

4. **Performance Analysis:**

- Assess the effectiveness of sales training programs through performance metrics and feedback.

- Identify areas of improvement and adjust training methods accordingly.

5. **Collaboration with Sales Leadership:**

- Work closely with sales managers to understand specific training needs and address skill gaps.

- Provide regular updates on the progress of the sales team and training initiatives.

6. **Continuous Learning:**

- Facilitate ongoing training sessions to keep the sales team updated on product launches, market changes, and sales methodologies.

- Encourage a culture of continuous learning within the sales department.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
