Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires (product, pitch, CRM, objection handling, etc.)
Deliver regular upskilling sessions to improve productivity, soft skills, and negotiation abilities.
Analyze performance data to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Design and implement training modules (live sessions, SOPs, role plays, LMS content, video-based microlearning, etc.)
Create impactful scripts and sales frameworks for effective customer conversations.
Collaborate with Sales Managers, Team Leads, and QA teams for performance tracking and interventions.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions when required.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and maintain detailed training documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience in a sales training or enablement role, preferably in ed-tech or inside sales.
Strong command over spoken and written Hindi & English.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
Ability to motivate and inspire a high-energy sales floor.
