Job Overview:

As a Sales Team Lead at CoKarma, you will oversee the full sales cycle - ensuring strong pipeline management, consistent team performance, and adherence to high-quality sales standards. The role focuses on improving conversions through effective lead management, structured processes, and continuous training. By guiding the team, listening to sales calls, monitoring daily operations, and optimizing CRM-led workflows, the Sales Team Lead ensures that sales targets are met with efficiency, clarity, and discipline.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Process Management

  • ⁠Listen to and analyse sales calls to identify improvement areas, refine communication quality, and enhance conversion tactics.
  • Oversee end-to-end lead management by tracking funnel movement, ensuring timely follow-ups, and preventing leakage.
  • ⁠Manage CRM tools to maintain accurate data, streamline workflows, and improve visibility across the sales pipeline.
  • ⁠Conduct daily sales meetings to review performance, address blockers, align priorities, and ensure goal clarity.


Performance & Target Management

  • Set realistic but ambitious sales goals and targets based on business requirements and team capacity.
  • ⁠Define clear KPIs and performance metrics to measure individual and team efficiency across the sales cycle.
  • Track weekly and monthly performance trends, identify dips early, and implement corrective strategies to improve outcomes.


Team Guidance, Training & Development

  • Mentor and support sales executives to improve product knowledge, sales scripts, and closing confidence.
  • ⁠Design and deliver training materials, SOPs, and playbooks to standardize sales processes and improve consistency.
  • ⁠Conduct periodic feedback sessions and performance reviews to help team members grow and continuously optimize their approach.


Qualifications:

  • ⁠Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any field.
  • ⁠2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • ⁠Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • ⁠Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠Ability to coordinate with multiple teams within CoKarma to ensure smooth processes.
