Job Overview

As a Community Manager at a coworking space, your role is to foster a vibrant and inclusive community among the members of the coworking space. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages collaboration, networking, and engagement among the diverse group of individuals and businesses that utilize the coworking space.

Key Responsibilities

• Member Relations:

  Build strong relationships with members, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

• Space Tours:

  Conduct tours for potential clients, understand requirements, and showcase facilities.

• Community Development:

  Implement initiatives, events, and programs that foster networking, collaboration, and mutual support.

• Space Management:

  Manage day-to-day operations, reservations, cleanliness, and maintenance.

• Marketing & Promotion:

  Collaborate with the marketing team to promote CoKarma, execute campaigns, and engage the community.

• Member Onboarding:

  Welcome and orient new members, assist with settling in, and introduce them to the community.

• Community Engagement:

  Facilitate introductions, collaborations, and promote inclusivity and engagement.

• Issue Resolution:

  Address concerns, mediate disputes, and maintain a harmonious environment.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  Collect and analyze data on membership, occupancy, and satisfaction; provide reports and insights.

• Administrative Tasks:

  Manage contracts, invoicing, records, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills to manage operations and events.
• Knowledge of coworking trends and community management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good spoken and written English.
