About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the PG or hospitality industry, with a proven track record in event pre-planning, community engagement, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, and driving engagement through events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day community management and ensure smooth operations.
• Plan, organize, and execute community events, activities, and engagement programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor community feedback and implement improvements.
• Manage resources efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4+ years of experience in PG/hospitality industry.
• Strong event pre-planning and execution skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and proactive personality.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent resource management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
