What You’ll Do
Build and run exclusive customer communities across delivered projects.
Collaborate with brands to bring unique benefits, partnerships, and loyalty programs to our members.
Plan and execute customer engagement activities, workshops, and community events.
Coordinate with Estate Managers to ensure smooth functioning of amenities.
Track and report customer satisfaction and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate/Postgraduate (Marketing, PR, or Hospitality preferred).
5–8 years’ experience in community/club/loyalty program management.
Exposure to real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Strong communication & relationship management skills.
Event planning and vendor coordination expertise.
Passion for customer engagement, networking, and building meaningful connections.
