Job Title: Sales Team Leader Location: 127A, B-Block, Patel Garden, Dwarka Mor, New Delhi-110059 Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide our sales team toward achieving and exceeding targets. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to enhance individual and team performance. Monitor team performance through KPIs, reporting, and regular performance reviews. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability. Work closely with the Sales Manager to forecast sales, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks. Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, progress, and company updates. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and maintains strong client relationships. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business strategies. Handle escalated customer issues and support the team in closing key deals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales with a minimum of 1 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
