Customer Satisfaction Maintain high NPS (Net Promoter Score) by delivering exceptional service. Handle post-sales follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and persuasion skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
