Job Description

You will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of the sales team. It will be your duty to direct and schedule the activities of team employees, ensuring appropriate staffing levels at all times. Your role will involve ensuring that each customer is greeted promptly and implementing a prospect tracking and follow-up system. Additionally, you will assist salespeople in closing deals when necessary and conduct sales training meetings as directed by the general sales manager. You must ensure that team members maintain a high customer satisfaction rating and attend sales meetings regularly. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment.
