You will be responsible for directing and scheduling the activities of team employees to ensure proper staffing at all times. Your main focus will be on greeting each customer promptly and implementing a prospect tracking and follow-up system. Additionally, you will be required to assist salespeople in closing deals, communicate dealership policies and procedures to the sales team, and conduct sales training meetings as directed by the general sales manager. It will be your duty to set realistic monthly goals and objectives for individual team members and provide them with the necessary support to achieve these targets. You will also play a key role in developing improvement programs for team members who may be struggling to meet their objectives. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction among team members and promptly addressing any concerns or complaints from new owners will be crucial aspects of your job. In addition, you must stay informed about and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impact vehicle sales. Maintaining a professional appearance and attending sales meetings will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day shift, with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales within the automobile industry. A valid LMV Licence is required for this role, and the work location will be in person.,
