Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to oversee our stock market operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of professionals, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of tasks.


Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of stock market professionals to achieve performance targets.

• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high.

Performance Monitoring:

• Set clear performance goals and objectives for team members.

• Monitor team performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

• Stay updated with the latest market trends, tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

• Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and market trends to senior management. Maintain comprehensive records of team activities, performance metrics, and compliance issues. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field


Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Outbound sales process ,stock market ,BPO or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of stock market operations and financial instruments.
  • Proficient in using trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
