Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with a strong background in the education sector and proven expertise in lead generation. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a successful track record of handling sales teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive lead generation initiatives and ensure proper follow-up for conversions.
Provide regular training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the education domain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Key Skills Required:
8+ years of proven experience in sales & team leadership.
Strong background in the education industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Expertise in lead generation and conversion.
Strong ability to manage, mentor, and grow teams.
Result-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
