Position: Sales Team Leader Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Indore We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented * Sales Team Leader * to lead and manage a team of Sales Executives in the stock market domain. The candidate will be responsible for guiding the team in acquiring clients, convincing them to invest in our financial products (Demat Accounts, IPOs, Mutual Funds, etc.), and ensuring continuous fund inflow to facilitate trading. ### *Key Responsibilities* * Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. * Drive the sales process by ensuring effective client calling and follow-ups. * Guide the team in convincing clients for: * Opening Demat Accounts * Investing in IPOs, Mutual Funds, and other financial products* Monitor daily sales activities and ensure productivity of the team. * Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve team performance. * Track and analyze sales performance, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports. * Ensure adherence to compliance, company policies, and ethical sales practices. * Handle escalated client queries and provide effective solutions. * Collaborate with management to design sales strategies and incentive programs. ### *Key Skills & Competencies* * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, persuasion, and client-handling abilities. * Knowledge of stock market, trading platforms, Demat accounts, IPOs, and mutual funds. * Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure. * Analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. ### *Qualifications & Experience* * Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, marketing or related field (MBA preferred). * 2–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership/team handling role. * Prior experience in stock broking, advisory or financial services. ### *Compensation & Benefits* * Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives * Performance-based Rewards & Recognition * Career Growth Opportunities in the Financial Market Domain Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 6262599865
