Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Logistics Sales to lead and motivate a sales team in driving business growth for our logistics solutions. The role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination between operations and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new business and expand existing client accounts in logistics services (road, air, sea, warehousing, etc.).
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members for professional growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with focus on long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader/supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in logistics/freight industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
