Sales Team Lead

market research and regular interaction with resellers

Qualifications

4–8 years of proven experience in
B2B sales, business development, or key account management
(construction/industrial equipment sector preferred).
Strong track record of
achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to
lead and mentor a sales team
, with proven experience in guiding juniors.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and CRM tools.
Strategic thinker with strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
