Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings to understand requirements.
• Deliver tailored product presentations and online demonstrations to prospects.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to drive closures.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales by managing the end-to-end sales process.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers post-sales, ensuring timely assistance and after-sales support.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Use Zoho CRM to update and track leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor offerings and customer feedback to strengthen negotiation strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Handling preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a team.
