Experience: 1 to 2 year experience in Sales Team lead or in a similar senior sales role.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 + incentives.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales TL to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and proven experience in managing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sales TL, you will be responsible for:

• Sales Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and create plans to tap into them.
• Team Leadership
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Set individual and team targets and monitor progress.
• Business Development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify potential clients and pitch our services/products effectively.
• Revenue & Target Achievement
• Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Market Research & Analysis
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide insights to management for business growth and improvement.
• Operational Responsibilities
• Oversee daily sales operations.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth business flow.
• Handle key accounts and close high-value deals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or in a similar senior sales role in education field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies accordingly.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
• Female preferred
