Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives working on international (Australia-based) solar sales campaigns.
• Monitor team performance daily, provide coaching and support to meet or exceed targets.
• Drive process improvements, sales quality, and productivity.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for team members and track progress.
• Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one feedback meetings.
• Ensure CRM systems and call logs are accurately updated.
• Work closely with management to provide reports and actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role in an international telesales environment.
• Prior experience in the 

  Australian market and/or solar project sales

   is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and implement improvements.
• Comfortable working in early morning shifts (4:30 AM – 12:30 PM IST).
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
