As a Team Lead at our Coimbatore location, you will play a crucial role in supervising and managing calling activities within the CRM division. With over 3 years of experience, you will lead a team in US shifts, ensuring productivity metrics and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include guiding the team towards achieving company goals, handling escalations, and meeting client SLAs. You should have hands-on experience in International Voice Process and product sales, along with excellent communication skills. Prior experience in team handling and international sales is required. Your role will involve driving the team, managing business demands, and being flexible to work night shifts. Your main objective will be to achieve individual and team targets while grooming and managing a team of associates.
