Telesales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in Australia for solar solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solar offerings effectively.
• Book qualified appointments for our solar consultants and partner teams.
• Manage and nurture leads in the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Handle objections and provide accurate product information.
• Report on call activity and results to the team lead or manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of telesales experience

   in an 

  international voice process

   is a must.
• Prior experience in 

  Australian market campaigns

   or 

  solar energy projects

   is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English.
• Comfortable working the 

  early morning shift (4:30 AM – 12:30 PM IST)

  .
• Target-driven, with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player.
