Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our international courier company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our courier services to potential customers.

Candidate from International Courier Industry is preferred only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and other sales channels.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver effective sales presentations about the company's freight forwarding services (air, courier etc.).
  • Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations to identify opportunities and set appointments for further discussions.
  • Sales Process Management: Follow up with leads, track prospects through CRM systems, and ensure timely conversion of leads into customers.
  • Quote and Negotiation: Provide clients with detailed and accurate freight quotes, negotiate rates and terms, and ensure profitability for the company.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and provide reports to management regularly.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in the Courier industry. other industry candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
  • Knowledge of Freight Forwarding: Basic understanding of international courier.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to converse with clients from diverse backgrounds and businesses.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, and achieving sales targets.
  • Team Player: Ability to work in a team environment, but also capable of working independently to meet sales goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
