4.Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Aftermarket Sales Managers in identifying overhaul/maintenance opportunities using tools like Master Vessel, IPDB, IP Miner, and Operational Veritas
Analyze data to prioritize high-potential customers, focusing on Maintenance Planning (MP)
Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
Prepare maintenance planning packs covering the full company portfolio
Coordinate sales activities with internal and external stakeholders
Track and update CRM opportunities in close collaboration with Sales Managers

Lead regular meetings to review sales opportunities
Support and attend customer meetings as needed
Ensure smooth handover to delivery/aftermarket teams

Drive process improvements and optimize use of tools like Dynamics 365
Support quoting and bundling for spares, upgrades, field service, and overhauls
Create proposals/quotations based on sales input
Address customer queries and resolve issues
Maintain and update customer master data
Monitor outstanding quotations, orders, and debts; provide weekly updates
Escalate issues to KAM, CRM, or HOD when necessary
