Job Description:

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers, handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process customer orders, including accurate data entry and tracking.
• Provide up-to-date information on product availability, pricing, and specifications.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
• Gather and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or sales support role (Jewellery industry preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer management systems.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Jewellery products, designs, and manufacturing processes.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the Jewellery or luxury goods industry.
