Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
• Building a strong pipeline of talent from jewelry/related industries
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Managing job postings and recruitment portals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in jewelry/retail/luxury industry)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
