We are looking for a Sales Specialist who thrives on identifying opportunities, converting cold leads into hot prospects, and driving high-value sales closures. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Identify, approach, and nurture cold leads to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Targeting & Audience Mapping: Research and segment the right audience (corporates, hospitality, premium cafs, luxury retailers, etc.) to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Sales Pitching: Deliver engaging presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs, highlighting Scanomat’s premium value proposition.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle: Own the journey from initial outreach to negotiation and final deal closure.
  • Networking: Build and maintain strong professional networks within the industry to generate referrals, identify new opportunities, and enhance brand presence.
  • Business Development: Explore new markets, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities to expand Scanomat’s reach in India.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop strategies for effective lead nurturing and follow-ups.
  • CRM Management: Track, update, and maintain lead status, conversion ratios, and sales reports in the CRM system (Odoo/other tools).
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B solution sales, preferably in premium or high-value products/services.
  • Strong track record of converting cold leads into active customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a “hunter” mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management practices.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and demos.
