Role Overview: Sales Specialist The Sales Specialist will serve as the face of Speaking Frame to potential clients and collaborators. You will be responsible for driving business growth, nurturing leads, building strong client relationships, and converting inquiries into confirmed projects—across weddings, fashion, and government sectors. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales leads from platforms like WedMeGood , Instagram , LinkedIn , Website , and Email Follow up with clients via WhatsApp, calls, and emails with professionally crafted, human-style communication Prepare custom quotations and packages based on client briefs and budgets Close deals with destination wedding clients, fashion brands, planners, and corporate projects Create and maintain CRM data, track leads, and generate weekly sales performance reports Represent the brand with professionalism during client meetings, both virtual and in-person Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Editing, Marketing) to ensure client requirements are met Conduct internal training or onboarding sessions for junior team members when required Key Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi) Strong customer service and client handling abilities Experience in Sales/Business Development or CRM tools Strong interpersonal skills – a people person who builds trust Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Bonus: Understanding of the photography/film production industry or creative domain Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Comm, Marketing, or similar field Incentives & Compensation Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives Quarterly bonuses for meeting or exceeding targets Opportunity to travel for destination weddings and shoots Networking exposure with luxury planners, fashion houses, and global brands Access to in-house photography and filmmaking training programs Supportive, creative work culture with career advancement potential Who Should Apply?
