Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Senior B2B Sales Professional with proven experience in managing end-to-end sales of corporate training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, P&L ownership, and client acquisition. A strong understanding of EdTech solutions, strategic sales planning, and account management is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End B2B Sales Management:

  • Own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales relationship management.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Utilize LinkedIn, digital tools, and B2B channels to generate high-quality leads and convert them into revenue-generating clients.

  • High-Value Deal Closure:

  • Confidently pitch and sell customized, high-ticket corporate training programs to mid-size and large enterprises.

  • Strategic Planning & P&L Ownership:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and manage profitability of accounts.

  • Account Growth & Client Retention:

  • Manage key client relationships, upsell existing accounts, and convert one-time projects into long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Operations:

  • Maintain CRM, report pipeline and forecasting accurately, and drive structured sales processes across the team.

  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs. Lead and mentor junior team members as required.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Strong background in EdTech, corporate training, L&D, or consulting services is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in handling P&L, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
