Role Overview As a Sales Specialist for Impact Assessment Solutioning at BlueSkyCSR, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by engaging with corporates and organizations looking for credible, accredited CSR impact assessments. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that help companies measure and demonstrate the real impact of their social initiatives. This is a high-ownership, purpose-driven role suited for someone who is passionate about both sales and creating social change. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline of CSR leads from corporates and foundations. Engage with clients to understand their CSR goals and pitch tailored impact assessment solutions. Prepare customized proposals and SOWs in collaboration with research teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. Stay updated on CSR laws, ESG frameworks, and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field. MSW, MBA, Social Work, Sustainability, Development Studies, or Business Studies will be an advantage. 35 years experience in B2B sales, CSR fundraising, or social impact consulting. Knowledge of CSR law, ESG metrics, and impact frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solutioning skills. Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
