Role Overview You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that represents Urbane Decor’s premium identity across digital platforms. From Instagram carousels and reels to brand brochures, pitch decks, and client presentations — your design work will be a key part of how we attract clients and build our brand. Key Responsibilities • Design social media posts (Instagram-first brand aesthetic). • Create high-quality carousels, reels covers, stories, and ad creatives. • Develop brochures, catalogs, presentations, brand guides & client proposals. • Edit and enhance before/after project photos. • Support marketing with creatives for campaigns, events, collaborations, and partnerships. • Maintain visual consistency with Urbane Decor’s luxury & green brand identity. • Work closely with the founder and marketing team to bring creative ideas to life. Required Skills • Strong sense of luxury aesthetics & minimal design. • Excellent command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign , or Figma/Canva . • Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and storytelling. • Ability to design for both digital and print. • Basic photo editing and retouching.• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate fast. Nice-to-Have Skills • Video editing for reels (CapCut / Premiere Pro). • Experience with interior or lifestyle brands. • Understanding of branding and UI aesthetics.
