Role Overview

Social Media Manager

✔ Designing

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

• Plan, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp channels
• Build a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals
• Track key metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, leads

2. Content Creation

• Develop high-quality posts, reels, stories, and carousels
• Ideate and write engaging captions, scripts, and copy
• Maintain a strong brand voice across platforms

3. Design Skills (Must-Have)

• Create visually appealing creatives for posts, reels, banners, and campaigns
• Good command over 

  Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma

• Understanding of premium, minimalist design aesthetics

4. Influencer & Collaboration Management

• Identify and manage collaborations with architects, designers, creators, décor bloggers
• Build and maintain relationships for cross-promotions
• Handle barter, paid collaborations, and PR outreach

5. Shoot Coordination

• Plan moodboards for product shoots and site visits
• Coordinate with production teams, photographers, and editors
• Ensure timely delivery of assets

6. Trend Awareness & Innovation

• Stay updated with latest trends in:
• Interior design
• Social media
• Reel formats
• Platform algorithms
• Bring fresh ideas to boost reach and engagement
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in social media/content/design
• Strong sense of design, color, layout & visual storytelling
• Excellent written English communication
• Knowledge of interior design/architecture space (preferred)
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
