About the Role

Senior Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition:

    Identify and approach potential corporate clients, decision-makers, and HR/L&D teams to introduce our training solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other B2B databases to generate leads and create a qualified pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives to design and propose relevant training solutions.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner for their learning and development initiatives.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic prospecting and effective deal closures.
  • Proposal & Negotiation:

    Prepare and present customized proposals, handle objections confidently, and negotiate terms to finalize contracts.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:

    Work closely with internal teams (Training, Content, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery of client solutions.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales

    , preferably in training, education, HR solutions, or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
