Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and guidance. 3. Handle stock management – receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory. 4. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and raise purchase requests when required. 5. Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and adherence to visual merchandising standards. 6. Handle billing, cash management, and maintain accurate sales records. 7. Track sales performance, prepare daily/weekly reports, and share with management. 8. Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism. 9. Support in achieving sales targets and overall store performance goals. 10. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Commerce, Retail, or related fields 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/store operations (must). 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic MS Office (Excel, Word). 5. Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities. 6.
