Job Details

• Location: Noida
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Salary: ₹2.5 – 3.0 LPA

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Prior experience in telecalling, coordination, or client servicing
• Ability to maintain and update customer records accurately
• Skilled in scheduling and managing client calls/meetings
• Good listening skills with the ability to understand client requirements
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communication, or related fields)
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/coordination/customer support/BPO/KPO (preferred)
