Position: Senior Sales Executive – Air Conditioners (AC)

Number of Openings - 1 (North Kerala Region)

Location: Calicut, Malappuram, Kannur

Department: Sales

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Executive (AC) is responsible for driving sales, managing channel partners, and achieving revenue targets for air conditioners in the assigned territory. The role involves market expansion, business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Achieve sales targets and increase market share for AC products.

● Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

● Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.

● Ensure product availability and support channel partners with sales training.

● Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.

● Explore new sales opportunities, including institutional and B2B sales.

● Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service needs.

● Organize promotional activities, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.

● Track sales performance, analyse trends, and report key metrics to management.

● Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills
✔ Excellent communication and relationship management✔ Knowledge of the AC industry and market trends✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools✔ Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience: 1+ year of experience in AC sales or consumer durable/FMCG sales.

Industry Preference: HVAC, Consumer Electronics ..etc
