Job Description

This role is for professionals who enjoy building business through people. You will identify, activate, and support insurance advisors while driving consistent field-level business through joint activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new advisors through field prospecting
Conduct regular joint calls to generate life insurance business
Support advisors in lead conversion and productivity improvement
Track performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets
Maintain strong on-ground presence and local market visibility

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of core field sales experience in any industry
Comfortable with outdoor sales and relationship building
