As an AV & Automation Project Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve driving sales of smart home, audiovisual, and automation solutions in both residential and commercial projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate and manage new business opportunities in AV, home automation, and smart building solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, designers, and consultants. - Conduct client meetings, perform system demonstrations, and prepare proposals/BOQs. - Collaborate with engineering teams to design technical solutions. - Manage the sales pipeline, achieve targets, and provide support during project handovers. **Requirements:** - Minimum 3-7 years of experience in AV/automation or low-voltage project sales. - Strong understanding of systems such as Crestron, Control4, Lutron, KNX, audio/video distribution, and networking. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and handle complex project requirements. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. **Preferred:** - Background in engineering or a technical field. - Certifications in AV or automation platforms.
