As a Sales Account Manager for our Mumbai / Pune operations, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within industrial, factory, pharmaceutical, and local domestic markets. Your focus will be on electronic security systems, audio-visual solutions, and managed service offerings specifically tailored for the local and regional market development. Your key responsibilities will include proactively hunting for new business opportunities, generating and closing sales leads, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, selling long-term service contracts and managed services, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, understanding customer needs, collaborating with internal teams for seamless delivery, achieving sales targets, staying updated on market trends, and preparing proposals and presentations. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Business Administration, along with 6-12 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales within Electronic Security Systems and/or Audio-Visual Solutions. Strong experience in selling service contracts and managed services is highly preferred. You should also have a strong network and market knowledge in the Mumbai / Pune regions, proven experience in new business development, familiarity with security and audio-visual products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
