Job Description

The Sales Account Manager position based in Mumbai/Pune involves proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in various sectors such as industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and domestic markets. The primary focus will be on promoting electronic security systems, audio-visual solutions, and managed services within the local and regional market. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing sales leads for security systems, audio-visual solutions, and service contracts. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers, proposing appropriate solutions, and customizing offerings to meet customer needs are essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Electronics, or Business Administration, and possess 6-12 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, particularly in Electronic Security Systems and/or Audio-Visual Solutions. Demonstrated expertise in selling services like AMC contracts, managed services, or facility technology outsourcing solutions is highly desired. A strong network and market knowledge in the Mumbai/Pune regions, along with proven experience in new business development, are key qualifications for this role. Additionally, familiarity with products and solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarms, Public Address Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, and Boardroom AV Integrations is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. The ability to work independently, a result-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and high energy levels are crucial attributes for achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in security, surveillance, and audio-visual solutions is vital for success in this role. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including engineering, service, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery and execution of projects is an integral part of the Sales Account Manager's responsibilities. Preparation of proposals, presentations, and active participation in negotiations and contract finalization are also key duties associated with this position.,
