About The Role We are seeking dynamic and self-driven Sales Account Manager for our Mumbai / Pune operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting and growing new business opportunities within industrial, factory, pharmaceutical, and local domestic markets for electronic security systems, audio-visual solutions, and managed service offerings. This role will not focus on global clients but rather on local and regional market development. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and domestic markets. Generate, qualify, and close new sales leads for electronic security systems, audio- visual solutions, and service contracts (AMCs, Managed Services). Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (facility heads, security managers, procurement heads, IT/AV managers, etc.). Position and sell long-term service contracts (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and managed services solutions to new and existing customers. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with targets. Understand customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and create customized offerings across systems and services. Work closely with internal teams (engineering, service, project management) to ensure seamless delivery and execution. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both project sales and service contracts. Requirements Bachelors degree (preferably in Engineering, Electronics, or Business Administration). 612 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, specifically in Electronic Security Systems and/or Audio-Visual Solutions. Strong experience in selling services such as AMC contracts, managed services, or facility technology outsourcing solutions is highly preferred. Strong network and market knowledge in Mumbai / Pune regions. Proven experience in new business development (hunter mindset). Familiarity with products and solutions like CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarms, Public Address Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, and Boardroom AV Integrations. Responsible for writing technical specifications & Security Scope of Work Manage the oversight and review of the design of security systems and their implementation. Be the one point of contact. Performs surveys, estimate cost of new projects, attend kick-off and weekly project meetings and proposes solutions to installation issues. Review vendor’s proposals for accuracy. Prepares project status reports on a biweekly basis. Manage the upkeep of the project database, ensuring all information entered is accurate and project supporting documents are uploaded. 2 Completes project close-out review of as-built drawings, testing documents and photos of installation. Travel is required for site commissioning and kick-off meetings. Proficient with Microsoft Office Project Management certification (PMP) is highly recommended. Certified Security Project Manager is highly recommended (SIA). Bachelor degree in business management or computer information systems is preferred.
