As an experienced professional in End to End IT sales across domains like Cloud, ERP, and Ed-tech, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue for the company. Your expertise in IT Service Selling and Account Management will be instrumental in engaging with a diverse range of clients and industries, including international clients. The dynamic and fast-paced tech-based environment will provide you with ample opportunities to showcase your skills and make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and building strong customer relationships. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives. - Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and proactive lead generation to responding to RFI/RFPs, creating proposals, delivering executive presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful closures. - Utilize your hands-on experience in SOW/contracts/proposal creation to drive successful deals. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients. - Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met both pre and post-deal. - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Presentations, along with a good understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies in software development. - Handle change, delivery, and resource management effectively to ensure project success. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges. - Willingness to travel as necessary to meet client requirements and business needs.
