Location: Hybrid (Remote + Office as needed) Duration: 3–6 Months Stipend: Performance-Based Opportunity: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position Department: Business Development & Revenue Operations About the role: We're looking for smart, driven, and entrepreneurial minds ready to hustle and grow. As a Sales & Operations Intern at Koncepts Lab , you won’t just observe the action—you’ll be in it. You’ll work closely with our core leadership to fuel client acquisition, streamline operations, and support execution across our service lines: Digital, Branding, Tech, and Media. If you're someone who thrives in high-performance environments and brings an A-player attitude , this role is for you. What you'll be doing: Research and build qualified prospect lists using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, etc. Support lead generation campaigns and outreach with strong communication finesse Assist in creating and refining client pitch decks and business proposals Help maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and sales dashboards Coordinate with internal teams to align project delivery timelines and client expectations Contribute to campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting Be part of brainstorming, review calls, and client interactions What We’re Looking For: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, accountable, and always thinking ahead Smart, quick learner with strong problem-solving ability A high sense of ownership and hunger to learn and grow Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Excel, CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho) Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines (pursuing or recent grads) Perks of internship: Real-world experience in sales strategy, operations, and client management Direct mentorship from the Chief Revenue Officer & business leads Conversion opportunity into a full-time role based on performance Work in a fast-growing, award-winning creative agency Certificate & Letter of Recommendation Ready to be a game changer ?
