What You’ll Be Doing: Plan, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals. Ideate and script bold, quirky, and engaging short-form videos. Collaborate with the creative team to develop viral campaign ideas. Own end-to-end video production, from concept to delivery. Optimize content for different platforms, with a strong sense of visual storytelling. Bring fresh ideas to the table using your understanding of ad psychology and audience engagement. You Should Have: Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and scripting. A strong showreel that reflects both technical skills and creative vision. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools. Ability to shoot content solo using DSLR or even a mobile phone. A collaborative mindset with a keen eye for visual detail. Experience writing catchy, story-driven scripts. Bonus if You: Have experience with viral content or performance-based ad campaigns.
