Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication on IndiaMART.
• Respond to retail and bulk inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Forward qualified leads to management for closure.
• Update product listings and track inquiry data.
• Learn lead management and conversion techniques in B2B e-commerce.

Who Can Apply

• Students or fresh graduates (Commerce, Marketing, Business or Computer Science).
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART).
• Highly organized, motivated, and eager to learn.
