Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Generate primary and secondary sales reports using predefined templates and tools.
  • Consolidate sales data for forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Support internal sales analysis including variances, projections, costing, and bundling.

System Administration

  • Perform routine tasks on sales systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
  • Review and validate user-entered data following established procedures.

Data Analysis & Market Research

  • Conduct repetitive and well-documented analyses using external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig).
  • Gather competitive intelligence and secondary market data under supervision.
  • Support opportunity identification through secondary research.

Field Enablement & Marketing

  • Organize and support fleet meets and marketing activities in the field.
  • Facilitate the creation and engagement of Mitwa Mechanics in the market to strengthen service networks.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

Sales & Marketing Knowledge

  • Understanding of primary and secondary sales generation .
  • Experience in field marketing activities and customer engagement events.
  • Exposure to mechanic network development (e.g., Mitwa Mechanic program).

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and support forecasting.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales management systems.

Experience

  • Minimal or no prior work experience required.
  • Role is suitable for entry-level candidates with strong learning agility and interest in sales operations and field marketing.
