Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer at Rockit, your primary role will involve driving sales and market growth for our beverage products within assigned territories. You should bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in the beverage sector and have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets while nurturing strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Execute day-to-day sales operations to ensure comprehensive market coverage in your assigned regions. - Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. - Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the customer base. - Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets that are aligned with company goals. - Implement promotional campaigns and schemes effectively to boost sales. - Generate accurate and timely sales reports to support decision-making. - Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience in FMCG or beverage sales, preferably with exposure to field sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently with a team-oriented mindset. - Good knowledge of local markets in and around Indore. - Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented approach. - Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools. - Valid driver's license with the willingness to travel within assigned territories.
