Production / Quality Manager

As a Production and Quality Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing production processes within the beverage industry. Your responsibilities will include overseeing plant operations, maintaining product quality, and leading production teams to achieve company goals. You will collaborate with the production team at the manufacturing unit to ensure seamless operations and address quality issues effectively. Your tasks will involve production planning, tracking production progress using Excel sheets, conducting quality control audits, testing materials before dispatch, and managing inventory levels to minimize wastage and ensure timely product availability. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing QC procedures aligned with regulatory mandates and customer expectations, as well as maintaining detailed records of all QC activities for transparency and accountability. In addition, you will lead and guide the QC team of manufacturers, provide training on production and quality practices, and collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and co-packers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. Furthermore, you will be involved in product development, formulating new food products from concept to launch, and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance QC practices. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience as a Production Manager in the beverage industry, focusing on soft drinks or energy drinks. Your expertise should include R&D experience in developing new product formulations and a strong understanding of food chemistry, formulation, and sensory evaluation, particularly in the beverage sector.
