Production / Quality Manager

Additionally, you will work on product development, stay updated on industry trends, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee production processes to ensure seamless operations and address quality issues - Conduct production planning and maintain Excel sheets to track progress - Implement quality control processes and conduct audits to refine production and inventory processes - Manage inventory levels to minimize wastage and ensure timely product availability - Develop and implement QC procedures aligned with regulatory mandates - Lead the QC team, provide training and support on production and quality practices - Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and co-packers to ensure efficient product delivery - Develop and formulate new food products from concept to launch - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance QC practices - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field - Experience: 2 years of experience as a Production Manager in the beverage industry, focusing on soft drinks or energy drinks - Skills: Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control in the beverage sector, excellent leadership and team management abilities, ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement process improvements, knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices Please note that the benefits include a competitive salary and benefits package, an opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, and professional development and growth opportunities.,
